At Osaka World, we are dedicated to ensuring you have the right gear for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Ensure all sports equipment and apparel are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your replacement gear within 5-7 business days.
